What you should expect at your first visit?
Your initial appointment will take approximately 30 minutes depending on the nature of your foot problem. If you feel you need additional time for your concerns, please advise our staff BEFORE your appointment. When you arrive at the clinic, you'll be greeted by our friendly front desk staff. If you haven't already completed your intake form online, a form will be made available for you to complete on arrival.
You will discuss your primary foot problem with your Chiropodist. They perform a through assessment and review your relevant medical history. A treatment plan is prepared together with your Chiropodist to help manage your foot and ankle issues.
What You Should Bring To Your First Appointment
- Insurance cards: Details of your primary & secondary health coverage.
- Medication List: names and dosage of all current prescription drugs, vitamins, supplements.
- Complete your intake form prior to your appointment.
